I’m a certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
My goal is to help you find what works for you and your body. I want to help you find and take the steps to a healthy sustainable life; mentally, physically and spiritually. I’ve been on the path to find my own bio-individuality for years now (still in progress!). I’ve struggled with body image issues, weight loss, yo-yo dieting, you name it. I pretty much tried every diet in the book! Finally, after becoming a health coach I have found how I can be comfortable in my body with my own way of eating and living.
